Classification II, by Nadim Touma image

Congratulations to Nadim Touma for Classification II winning Best Overall at Wild Heart Gallery's WINGS art exhibtion! The painting has a conservationist theme, depicting three endangered owls displayed in a collectors box. The composition, positioning, expressions, and brutal paint technique cast judgment on this practice of collecting animals that should be alive and free.

For WINGS juried art exhibition, artists were asked to submit their best winged or flight-capable animal artwork. We are pleased to announce that the entries were as widely varied in style and subject matter as we hoped. Wild Heart Gallery’s goal is to support and promote animal and wildlife artwork in a wide range of genres and styles.

Artwork for this exhibition was selected by jury based on originality, technique, skill, and quality of work.
