Fusion Art is pleased to announce the opening of the 5th Annual Women Artists International Art Exhibition.

The exhibition is now available for viewing on the Fusion Art website and features awards in three categories: Traditional Art, Digital Art & Photography and 3-Dimensional Art.

For its 22nd quarterly online art exhibition, Fusion Art, once again, celebrated women artists. The gallery invited both 2D and 3D women artists, only, to share their best art and photography depicting any subject matter and using any media. All women artists, over the age of 18, regardless of location or experience, were encouraged to submit.

The Women Artists Best in Show winners are Jenna DuPlessis for her oil on canvas, “FLUSHED”, Gabriele Gracine for her digital artwork, " I RECKON” and Diana Fernández Vásquez for her bronze sculpture, " STEP BY STEP”. As the Best in Show winners, all three artists will receive a cash prize and are invited to participate in Fusion Art’s Annual Group Show in Santa Fe in 2024. Alternatively, in lieu of the cash prize, the Best in Show winners may choose a complimentary one-year membership to our Fusion Artist’s Members Gallery.

Other award winners include Second Place winners, Zheng Jiaoyan, Liza Hennessey Botkin and Jennifer Phillips. Third Place awards were given to Liyuan Liu, Cheryl L. Hrudka and Kim Rose. Fourth Place awards were given to Linda McCord, Y. Hope Osborn and Cara Lawson-Ball. Fifth Place awards were given to Yuqian Sun, Debbie Lee Gallerani and Sara A. L. Kimber.

In addition, fifteen artistic excellence awards and fifteen honorable mention awards were given due to the exceptional quality of the art received for this exhibition. The remaining finalists in the exhibition all exemplified uniquely creative talents and we are honored to showcase their artwork on the Fusion Art website.

The international exhibition received a diverse collection of quality artwork from artists all around the world, including the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, China, Latvia, Poland, Taiwan, Japan, Belgium, Guatemala, Greece, Mexico, the Philippines, Spain and New Zealand. Overall the gallery judged 507 entries and accepted 185 artworks into the exhibition, which will be featured on the website for 3 months starting October 15, 2022. After that it will remain in the Exhibition Archives.

Founded by Award winning artist, Chris and Valerie Hoffman, Fusion Art was envisioned and formed out of a passion for art and the artists who create it. The website promotes and connects new, emerging and established artists with collectors and art enthusiasts, while offering the opportunity to participate in art competitions, exhibitions and experiences.

Each month and quarter Fusion Art hosts uniquely themed solo and group art competitions and exhibitions. Both winners and finalists are provided with worldwide exposure through the gallery’s extensive marketing and social media outlets. The gallery’s objective is to promote the artists, worldwide, to art professionals, gallerists, collectors and buyers.
