Website Feedback And Suggestions
Discussions in Chat
Hi everyone,
Feel free to add your feedback and suggestions here. It’s been pointed out by a couple of people that adding an exhibition is a bit laborious. We’ll be improving this soon.
All your comments are welcome.
Hi,
When making changes all text is erased and one needs to begin again,
it would be easier if it remained, so that changes could be made only where
necessary.
thanks,
Edward
Thanks Edward
When does this occur? I think some of the forms do keep the text, but we must have missed some.
Hi,
It happened to me when I first created my page, after having finished, I decided to make some changes, when the page reappered for the alterations
it was blank, so I needed to type up the whole thing again, actually,
I just copied & pasted, but my page was blank.
I may have done something wrong though, so if it is not usual for this to happen sorry for the false alarm.
Thanks,
Edward
I’m pretty sure you can presume it’s our problem, we’re in beta mode!
: )
Were you making an artist or gallery page, or an exhibition listing?

yep…. illustrated by example
Just to let you all know, the ‘remove a comment’ feature which has been requested many times is now top of the list, ahead of some other stuff we’ve been working on (i.e. artist’s having their exhibitions listed on their page).
the green text of the forums is tough on the eyes.
perhaps add some further categories of work in artist profiles – such as inter-media or interactive….
any other suggestions?
Hi Rebecca,
Couple of thoughts:
1: When looking at an artist profile, there should be a ‘next artist’ button to easily move on. If it’s in alphabetical mode, then the next alphabetically listed artist or if in random, then next random artist.
2: Some more filtering modes so that (for example) you could group together all the artists with completed bios and move through just those.
Lastly, when looking at artist profiles, mine isn’t there! The only explanation that I can come up with is that my account was created in the very early days. Any thoughts?

Hey Tim
Yeah, we were thinking the next button would be good
Love number 2, perhaps look only at artists with an image as well
Re: yours not being there, we sussed that out yeah? You were looking at artists in Australia, Victoria, but your artist bio didn’t have Victoria on it. So, that’s fixed now.
MM, text color fixed for upcoming release.
anon, great suggestion. I think inter-media is kind of a given for anyone with more than one media type selected, would you agree? Interactive should definitely be in the list.
