Markup is the funny types of formatting you use on some websites – it’s a website security thing in case you’re wondering why.

There are some hints with form fields, but feel free to post questions here and try things out.

For instance to make something bold, add an asterisk to each end of the bold bit.

To embed an image, first put an exclamation mark, then right after it put the URL of the image, then another exclamation mark. The alternate text bit is optional.

and as recently discovered in the environmental art thread, putting a dash at either end of a word or group of words adds a strike through!
