Would anyone know of a vacant studio near Collingwood for 2 artists?
We would share the space and need it by October as we have projects on the go.

Looking to run a gallery and studio space?
We currently have a functioning gallery and 3 studio spaces with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette available in Collingwood. The studio is a large space that would suit 3 artists but the number of occupants is open to suggestion. The gallery has street frontage (Rosie Gallery – 78 Johnston Street, Collingwood) with great exposure. The rent is $1200 pcm + bond.
This is subject to sublet under an existing lease which expires September 2009 with the potential to extend.
