Exhibiting artists from Australia, Hong Kong and Taiwan investigate the creation of a sense of ‘nationhood’ and ownership through ceramics and demonstrate how the ceramic form can both memorialise and tell alternative histories. Exhibiting artists in the 2021 iteration of Drawn by stones are: Dean Cross (Australia), Wen-Hsi Harman (UK and Taiwan), Ray Chan See Kwong (Hong Kong), Ruth Ju-shih Li (Australia/Taiwan/China) and Jody Rallah (Australia).
