Comprising recent acquisitions to the Museum’s collection, this installation will include over 70 works, showcasing some 20 South African artists never before exhibited here, along with key examples by William Kentridge, one of South Africa’s most celebrated artists. Organized by Judith B. Hecker, Assistant Curator, Department of Prints and Illustrated Books, The Museum of Modern Art. This exhibition will be accompanied by a catalogue.
