Invisible Body exhibits an exciting and seductive fusion of photo-etching and chine collé and digital printmaking processes. Invisible Body is on show at the Megalo Gallery from 5-24 November. The work in Invisble Body elegantly articulates the relationship between everyday objects and the human body, through implied use, shape or the evidence of touch.

In conjunction with her Megalo exhibition, Jimin Lee will present a free workshop on her use of the chine colle printmaking process, from 2-5pm on Saturday 17 November.

Born in Incheon, Korea, Jimin Lee is now based in California (USA) where she heads the Printmedia program at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Lee studied Printmaking in Seoul, Tokyo and San Fransisco, and has exhibited widely in Europe, Asia and The United States, this is Lee’s first exhibition in Australia. Lee is Megalo’s 2007 international Printmaker in Residence and we are looking forward to having her in the Print Studios during the next six weeks.
