Edge of Elsewhere

For this exhibition, that is part of the Sydney Festival and a joint project with 4A Australian Centre for Asian Contemporary Art, Campbelltown Arts Centre commissioned leading artists to collaborate with local Sydney communities in order to create new works exploring the idea of story telling.

Other live artist projects being created in the gallery include a collaboration between artists Richard Bell & Emory Douglas who have worked with local Indigenous communities to create a large-scale wall mural in the galleries. This will be painted during public opening hours during the first two weeks that the Edge of Elsewhere exhibition is open.

LIVE MURAL CREATION: Saturday 15th January until 22 January – 10am-5pm daily in the galleries by artists
