Music has an ability to exist in the realm of the contemporary, while borrowing not only from the past but also from different cultures – past and present. It is the multi-layered and dynamic nature of contemporary music that inspires Discoteca Galaxias a “tropical time machine” exploring multiple senses of time and place.
