The Walsh Gallery at Seton Hall University is pleased to present a multi-media installation by renowned sculptor, Herb Rosenberg. “Dialogue with an Ancient Forest” features large scale aluminum columns, each burnished and painted to achieve the appearance of three-dimensional surfaces that reflect and refract light to give viewers an ever-changing surface as they move throughout the gallery. Each of the columns is paired with music, composed by Andrew Rosenberg. The sculptures provide a meditative experience akin to being in a stand of majestic trees.
