Sydney based gallery, Galleries Direct has been selected as the only Australian gallery to exhibit at the major contemporary art fair, Art Dubai – March 2008

The 2008 fair will feature over 80 international galleries selected from hundreds of applications from the Middle East, Asia, Europe, North and South America, North Africa and Australia. As the major contemporary art fair in the United Arab Emirates, Art Dubai has become a cornerstone for the rapidly growing art community of the Middle East.

Art Dubai takes place annually at the Madinat Arena, Madinat Jumeirah Resort from the 19th to the 22nd March 2008. Galleries Direct will exhibit on stand B57 in the Main Ballroom.

Galleries Direct will have a wide range of artworks available for sale including the work of Australian artists Jason Benjamin, Tim Maguire, Tim Storrier, Walangkura Napanangka, Naata Nungurrayi and Ningurra Naparrula.
