The exhibition aims to break down the barrier between viewer and abstract work, confronting a perceived aggression the public has towards abstraction. By challenging people to have an open mind about abstract work they can start to engage, understand, and appreciate the work for what it is. Drawn from the QUT Art Collection, the exhibition includes works by Andrew Arnaoutopoulous, Eugene Carchesio, Rainer Gross, Bruno Leti, Robert MacPherson, John Nixon, Ann Thomson and Fred Williams.
