MPRG Curator Dr Wendy Garden will discuss interpretations of Port Phillip Bay by some of Australia’s leading artists. Over the past 80 years artists including Arthur Streeton, Charles Blackman, Fred Williams, John Cattapan and Jill Orr have captured the many moods and meanings of Port Phillip Bay as it developed into a major trading port and tourist precinct.
