IF I AM EVERYWHERE is a 30 minute live performance that is the culmination of a three and a half week development period. It interweaves otherwise discrete development outcomes into connected experiences that inform and complete each other.

Inspired by the writings of French architect and academic, Paul Virilio, it explores the experience of living in the 21st century, in particular our sense of place, identity and relationships in a networked world and is innovative in the way it generates artefact as part of its performance.

IF IAM EVERYWHERE is an investigation of the ongoing-ungoing nature of translating ourselves into a virtual space. It is ourselves beyond mere representations, that are made and un-made, produced and consumed.

This project is a collaboration between choreo-performers Emma Strapps and Emily Amisano, with video artist Tim Webster.

IF I AM EVERYWHERE is supported by an Arts and Culture Community Grant from the City of Yarra, with additional support from Dancehouse.
