Idea Bombing - Part 2: Design and the City

What shapes a creative community and what does this look, feel or even sound like in our own urban backyard? Our city should (and could) be designed with a uniqueness and creativity that reflects its local people and the places they inhabit. Design affects every aspect of our day and has the potential to influence our behaviour.

Art Exhibition previously on at Object Gallery (Closed - see Australian Design Centre) in New South Wales, Australia.

Join us to celebrate design in the city as we bring you four speakers including Liane Rossier, designer & curator, and Jonathan Knapp, Director of Urban Design at SJB Architects. We’ll then ask you to ‘bomb’ your ideas on how design can improve our everyday lives.

Idea Bombing Sydney is a new way to engage, uncover creative ideas and promote ways of turning ideas into reality. It’s part meetup, part popup bar, and part talk series that responds to all your senses. Since May 2013 the team at Idea Bombing Sydney have been kicking up an idea storm, encouraging the people of Sydney to envisage what the future holds for our beautiful city.
