Shorts screened will include the Martha Rosler feminist work Semiotics of the Kitchen (1975) and the appropriated television imagery of Dara Birnbaum’s Wonder Woman (1978-79). Our featurette for the evening comes from Duncan Campbell, current nominee for the 2014 Turner Prize, with Bernadette (2008), a tense, open-ended story of Irish dissident and political activist, Bernadette Devlin.

This event is free for IMA members. Admission is $5 for non-members.
