Summer 2015

Following the success of the Summer 2009, 2011 and 2013 seasons, which were devised as a group of simultaneous solo exhibitions, Tate St Ives will continue this biennial strand in 2015 with another series of one-room displays by a mix of contemporary and historic artists. It will include work by Nicolas Deshayes, produced during his residency at Tate St Ives, and Dan Flavin.

Art Exhibition previously on at Tate St Ives in Northamptonshire, United Kingdom.
From Saturday 23 May 2015 to Sunday 27 September 2015

Responding to the building itself, as well as to the histories, geography and location of St Ives, the exhibitions will open up various dialogues across generations of artists, addressing a number of inter-related themes including architecture, industrial processes and minimalist legacies.

Rather than creating a group show, the exhibitions will allow for a looser but no less productive conjunction of works and ideas, opening up complex and sometimes surprising relationships.
