What would you do to discover the most essential part of yourself? How far would you go to bring it back?

Inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s novel, The Shadow, a dark tale about a man who is afraid to follow his own, the audience is invited to enter a sensorial labyrinth that has been created for one person to experience in isolation. A physical journey designed to spark emotional responses, they will take on an active role as they become travellers in a symbolic and dreamlike experience.

A cross between a European-style fairytale and sensory therapy, this 75 minute adventure stimulates all five senses. Guided by the productions softly eccentric performers and inhabitants, through listening, smelling, tasting and touching, the audience experience various encounters along the way that aim to unfurl memories long forgotten memories and discover dreams of the future.
