WHO LIVES HERE?
All living things from animals to microscopic organisms have a place on planet Earth. Inside a large tree-house, in a setting inspired by the beauty and wonder of the natural world, Fiona Hall asks children to populate the space with their creations of real and imagined things through making activities. Over the exhibition period numerous species, brought to life by children, will make this space their new home.
SEND A MESSAGE
A darkened forest-inspired interior is Hall’s environment for young people to express their feelings about the current state of the world. Conscious of the contemporary issues and current trends influencing their lives and shaping their futures, teens are given freedom to express their point of view and leave a message for display. Like a time capsule, the responses capture the collective mood of this generation.
