Lauraine Diggins Fine Art is pleased to present the Collectors’ Exhibition 2017, a selection of major artworks by leading Australian artists.

The exhibition is showing at the Gallery from 3 June – 29 July 2017 and highlights include a major painting by Russell Drysdale, an evocative portrait of a real outback character; important landscapes by Fred Williams; one of only four known marine paintings by Eugene von Guerard; an early formative painting by West Australian indigenous artist Christopher Pease; perhaps the only remaining significant art nouveau/symbolist painting still in private hands by Sydney Long; one of the earliest paintings in the famed Schoolgirls series by Charles Blackman; a series of modern still life and landscape paintings by Bessie Davidson; as well as major paintings by John Olsen; John Perceval; David Boyd; James Gleeson; James Cant; Peter Churcher. Also featuring works on paper by Albert Namatjira; Dorrit Black; Constance Stokes; Fred Williams; Charles Blackman and sculpture by Augustine Dall’Ava and Stephen Bowers.
