Fusion Art is pleased to announce the opening of the 3rd Annual Black & White International Art Exhibition. The exhibition is now available for viewing on the Fusion Art website and features awards in three categories: Traditional Art, Digital Art & Photography and 3-Dimensional Art.

For this competition, both 2D and 3D artists, worldwide, were invited to submit their best art and photography using black & white & the nuanced shades in between. Any subject matter and any media were acceptable for this competition. All artists, regardless of location or experience, were encouraged to submit their work in any media.

The Black & White Best in Show winners are Amy Stauffer for her scratchboard, “Hindsight", Michai Morin for his digital art, “Zero:1” and Jim Harman for his bronze and black granite sculpture, “The Egg”. Amy, Michai and Jim are Fusion Art’s Featured Artists for the month of May 2019 and, as the Best in Show winners, all three artists are invited to participate in Fusion Art’s 4th Annual Group Show in Palm Springs in 2020.

Other award winners include Second Place winners, Kristin Bernardo, Mac Titmus and Lisa Young Chow. Third Place awards were given to Arden Rose, August Naude and Jacki Cohen. Fourth Place awards were given to Osmar Reyes, Joe Calleri and Sam Hart. Fifth Place awards were given to Lewis Isaac Testa, Athalie Taylor and Christine Ellis.

Rounding out the awards for the exhibition are fourteen Honorable Mention winners. Overall the gallery judged 460 entries for the exhibition, which will be featured on the Fusion Art website for the month of May 2019.

Founded by Award winning artist, Chris and Valerie Hoffman, Fusion Art was envisioned and formed out of a passion for art and the artists who create it. The website promotes and connects new, emerging and established artists with collectors and art enthusiasts, while offering the opportunity to participate in art competitions, exhibitions and experiences.

Each month and quarter Fusion Art hosts uniquely themed solo and group art competitions and exhibitions. Both winners and finalists are provided with worldwide exposure, by having their work promoted through Fusion Art’s website, in hundreds of press release announcements, email marketing, online event calendars, art news websites and through the gallery’s social media outlets. The gallery’s objective is to promote the artists, worldwide, to art professionals, gallerists, collectors and buyers.
