The Brooklyn Museum, New York is currently showing a mid-career survey of Fred Tomaselli’s artwork from the late 1980s to the present. Tomaselli is best known for his psychedelic compositions which combine layers of images sampled from print publications, with prescription pills and hallucinogenic plants, buried deep within thick layers of epoxy resin.

To accompany the exhibition, the Brooklyn Museum has shared a video interview with Tomaselli in his studio, which you can download on Artabase here.
