Imagine a computer game big enough for you to walk in... Feng Mengbo's Longmarch: Restart
Art Press Release from Australia. Published by Rebecca Gabrielle Cannon on Tuesday 30 November 2010.

Feng Mengbo's horizontal-scroller computer game, Longmarch: Restart allows you to play the game by walking alongside the action, controlling your character from a wireless console.
The installation, which was recently acquired by the Museum of Modern Art in New York, is a full eight video projections long, with the scale of the projection matching the real life scale of your body 1:1.
Feng Mengbo mashes symbols from classics like Street Fighter II and Super Mario Bros, with propaganda motifs of Communist China, to highlight the power-driven, virtuality of China’s hyper-constructed modernity.
Feng Mengbo’s Longmarch:Restart is on view at MoMA PS1 from December 12.
