Gina Kalabishis wins inaugural Aikenhead Centre for Medical Discovery (ACMD) Acquisitive Art Prize

Gina Kalabishis is the winner of the Inaugural Aikenhead Centre for Medical Discovery (ACMD) Acquisitive Art Prize, 2013. The work is on display in the St Vincent's Hospital Gallery, and will also be published on the front cover of the Program and Abstract book for the Aikenhead Centre for Medical Discovery (ACMD) Research Week 2013.

In an Australian first, leading researchers have come together to take biomedical research on a fast track to success. The Aikenhead Centre for Medical Discovery (ACMD) will establish the first biomedical engineering research and education centre in Australia.

A selection of paintings from Gina’s recent solo exhibition, “Love & Limerence” are held in the Catherine Asquith Gallery Stockroom, and available for viewing anytime.

On display until 28th August at the St Vincent’s Hospital Gallery, Ground Floor, Daley Wing, 35 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy.
