As part of its First Look program, the Australian Centre for the Moving Image presents two films featuring the work of British composer, musical theorist, multimedia artist and writer, Brian Eno. He takes centre stage in Nicola Roberts' new documentary, Brian Eno: Another Green World (2010), and goes behind the scenes to provide the soundtrack for Derek Jarman's classic film, Glitterbug (1994).

For three nights only Gob Squad will put Melbourne on show in ACMI's cinemas for their acclaimed guerrilla filmmaking project, Super Night Shot. The experiment sees the group produce a non-stop, unedited, four-camera film on the streets exactly one hour before it is shown in the cinema, resulting in an exciting blend of documentary, performative art, social comment and theatre sports.

As part of Tim Burton: The Exhibition, the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) will showcase a selection of Polaroid images in Gallery 2 from Tim Burton’s photography folio. The display will feature a series of 29 large-scale Polaroid photographs, each approximately 33 inches by 22 inches, created by Tim Burton between 1992 and 1999.
