Colville Gallery is a Hobart based gallery specializing in modern and contemporary Tasmanian and Australian artists featuring paintings, works on paper, photography and sculpture in a program of monthly exhibitions. The artists represented demonstrate contemporary art practice in their exploration, interpretation and pursuit of landscape and memory through works in modern landscape, city and streetscape, interiors, still life and abstract. The gallery offers services in purchasing, collection assessment and development, research and sourcing particular artists and works and corporate leasing options for major art pieces.
All prices are in $AUS, and facilities are in place to pack and ship works nationally or internationally.
The Gallery was established in 2005, Director Trudi Young previously worked with Joseph Brown Gallery, Caroline Street, Toorak and TMAG, and is registered for Commonwealth Cultural Gifts Program for Australian Art 1945 to present.
