During the 1988 winter Olympics, the Canada Olympic Park hosted the ski-jump, bobsled and luge events. Formerly known as the Paskapoo Ski Hill, the park is now used for athletes’ training as well as general public use for snowboarding, skiing etc. There is also an Olympic Hall of Fame and Museum resident here, where you can learn trivia about the winter Olympic sports and heroes. An entrance fee is charged (approx. $10). In the summer, different sports such as trekking and mountain-biking are popular here.
