The gallery started in September 2008 and has since then held about six (solo)shows a year. Next to that the gallery is present at several art fairs, such as the prestigious PAN Amsterdam (since 2009). Eduard bought his first art object at an auction when he was 16 years old and he has continued to do so ever since. Initially solely as a collector, but nowadays as an art dealer as well. He studied law and art history and during his business career he became more and more interested in art, especially in photographs. Next to his passion as an art dealer, Eduard also is head curator for FotoFestivalNaarden (the oldest photo festival in The Netherlands) and curator for the art collection of a large Dutch insurance company. He has been a member of several juries for photography competitions.
