Transmission - Legacies Of The Television Age

Transmission is an exhibition of artists engaging with television. It brings together a range of works from the 1960s, when television was becoming a mass medium with the potential for the widespread distribution of information, to today. It examines different responses, some critical and some celebratory, to television and the age of visual broadcasting.
