Taking its title from a Soviet science-fiction story set on the imaginary planet Rainbow, this survey is drawn from the past ten years of Emily Floyd’s fifteen-year practice while also including new works devised specifically for Heide’s galleries and grounds.

The pairings of established and emerging artists who will present work in one of Australia’s foremost contemporary art prizes the Redlands Konica Minolta Art Prize 2013 have been announced. A total of 21 artist pairings including two artist collectives will present new or recent work in a free exhibition to be presented at the National Art School Gallery from 3rd May until 1st June 2013.
